New QuickBooks Online (QBO) Setup – Starting at $250
  • Research and recommend appropriate QBO subscription level

  • Setup bank and credit card feeds

QuickBooks Cleanup and Review – Starting at $175
  • Full review of you current QBO company file to determine the amount of updating and cleanup needed prior to beginning monthly service

  • Provide report with recommendations for bringing QBO file up-to-date his fee may be applied as a credit towards any cleanup that is needed, or towards your first month’s bookkeeping fee if your books our already up-to-date

Accounts Receivable – Starting at $250/month
  •  Enter invoices to be e-mailed/mailed

  •  Process statements to be e-mailed/mailed

  •  Add $1.00 for each invoice or statement mailed

Accounts Payable – Starting at $250/month

1099 Preparation – Starting at $50
  • Includes up to 5 forms ($10 for each additional form)

  • Information received after January 25th will require an additional $100 rush fee

  • Client is to provide your legal business name, address and SSN/EIN

  • Client must provide all vendor information including amounts paid

  • W-9 Forms can be found here on the IRS website and will provide the vendor’s name/business name, address, type of entity, and SSN/EIN

Year-End Bookkeeping – Starting at $4,800
  • Entry and categorization of all transactions for the entire year

  • Reconcile all bank, credit card, and loan accounts (includes up to 4 bank/credit card accounts)

  • Make all journal entries needed

  • Provide package including reports needed for tax preparation
